Visit citadelway.com and click "Get started". Fill in your details, verify your email address, and your account will be ready to use. The entire process takes under two minutes.
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a secure reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Profile → Email and follow the verification steps. Both your old and new addresses will receive a confirmation email for security purposes.
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfers for annual enterprise plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within this period, contact [email protected] and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.

You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

The CitadelWay platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. A native app for iOS and Android is currently in development — sign up to be notified at launch.

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to your data is strictly limited, and we undergo regular third-party security audits. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve CitadelWay services. Read our Privacy Policy for a complete breakdown.
Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication and follow the steps. We support authenticator apps (TOTP) and SMS. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on all accounts.
